Effective October 21, 2026. Short version: your location and documents stay on your device. We never sell or share them.
This website
- Day counter and checklist. What you enter is saved only in your own browser. It is not sent to us.
- Waitlist. If you join, we keep your email address, which button you chose (waitlist or founding price), the page you signed up from, and your country as reported by our host. We do not keep your IP address. The list is stored in our own database on Cloudflare. We use it only to send news about the app, and every email we send has an unsubscribe link.
- Analytics. We count page views with a cookieless tool that does not identify you.
The iPhone app
- Location. With your permission, the app records your location to count days by state. Raw location points stay on your device. After a short time the app keeps only the result for each day (which states you were in).
- Sync and backup. If you turn on iCloud, data is stored in your own private iCloud account. We cannot read it.
- Documents. Photos and files you add stay on your device and in your iCloud.
- The app works without location. You can enter days by hand.
- We do not sell or share location data with anyone, for any purpose.
Deleting your data
- In the app: Settings → Delete all data. This removes everything on the device and in your iCloud copy.
- Waitlist: use the unsubscribe link, or email us and we will delete your address.
